Lunit said in a filing on the 17th that it set the first issue price for the paid-in capital increase at 26,750 won per share. Through this offering, 7,906,816 new common shares will be issued.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure, the first issue price was calculated based on the share price three trading days before the record date for new share allocation, with a 25% discount applied. The par value is 500 won. The final issue price will be set at the lower of this and the second issue price to be calculated later.
The final issue price is scheduled to be announced on Apr. 20, three trading days before the subscription date for existing shareholders. However, if the lower of the first and second issue prices is below the value obtained by applying a 40% discount to the volume-weighted average price over three to five trading days before the subscription date, that benchmark price will be applied as the final issue price.
