JETEMA said on the 6th that it has hired mergers and acquisitions (M&A) expert Vice President Lee In-deok. Lee has more than 25 years of experience in strategic planning and management.
Lee earned a bachelor's degree and an MBA from Ohio State University in the United States. Lee worked at Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, CJ CheilJedang, Dongwha Pharm, and LG Display. At LG H&H, Lee led the acquisitions of The Face Shop and CNP Cosmetics.
JETEMA set a goal of achieving 100 billion won in sales this year, centered on fillers and toxin. It also plans to accelerate its cosmetics and healthcare businesses.
JETEMA hired Lee to execute its mid- to long-term strategy. It plans to upgrade its decision-making system and improve operational efficiency.
