Kakao Healthcare said on the 13th that it signed a business agreement for a health business with fitness corporations PAF Gym. Medical staff at Kakao Healthcare and trainers, nutritionists, and physical therapists at PAF Gym will develop solutions for health management.
Kakao Healthcare will combine the AI-powered health management app Pasta with PAF Gym's training and wellness services. It plans to roll out the business for hospitals and general users.
PAF Gym operates one-on-one personal training studios at eight locations, including Dogok-dong in Seoul. It offers data-based training. It runs rehabilitation programs related to breast cancer and cervical cancer. Oh Hang-hyeon, head of PAF Gym, said, "We will expand our services by combining wellness and IT technology."
