Dong-A Socio Group said on the 28th that it recently held the first Dong-A Socio Group partner ESG supply chain training at its headquarters in Yongdu-dong, Seoul, for key partner companies. The training was prepared to share the latest trends in ESG (environment, society and governance) with partners and to strengthen capabilities to respond effectively to a changing regulatory environment.
About 30 Tier 1 partner companies sent employees in charge of ESG to the training, including Dong-A Socio Holdings, Dong-A Pharmaceutical Co., STgen Bio, Dong-A Otsuka, Yongma Logis, Dong-A Eco Pack, Aben General Construction, Korea Shindong Industry and DA Information.
In the first session, an external ESG expert was invited to share domestic and international ESG supply chain trends and regulations, and discuss practical application measures. Then the ethical management team at Dong-A Socio Holdings introduced the group's supply chain management system and spent time building consensus with partners.
A Dong-A Socio Group official said, "We will adapt to the changing environment together with our partners, fulfill our social responsibility and build a sustainable supply chain," adding, "We also plan to continue to advance our ESG support and management system for shared growth."
