Samsung Bioepis said on the 26th that it invited employees' families to an event where they could directly experience company life.
A company official said, "On the 25th, we held the '2025 family invitation event' at our Songdo headquarters in Incheon with about 2,600 employees and family members participating," and noted, "The event was designed to allow employees' families to tour and understand the company's work environment and organizational culture firsthand."
According to the company, families who attended the event took part in various hands-on activities, including a tour program of laboratories and office spaces, as well as quizzes and mini games. A busking performance that captured the autumn atmosphere was held in the company garden, and family visitors took commemorative photos at the photo zone.
In a welcome address, Kim Kyung-ah, president of Samsung Bioepis, said, "The company's growth is the result not only of employees but also of the support and encouragement of their families," and added, "We will grow into a global corporations in which both employees and their families can feel pride."
Samsung Bioepis has held the family invitation event every year since 2022. For its efforts to improve employee welfare and organizational culture, the company was selected last year by the Ministry of Health and Welfare as a "health-friendly excellent corporations," and this year by the Ministry of Employment and Labor as a "gender equality in employment excellent corporations" and an "excellent labor-management culture corporations," respectively.
