President Kim received this commendation for her contribution to creating a systematic vocational training environment based on the company's guideline that utilizes 20% of work time for training.
Currently, Samsung Bioepis is implementing language education, leadership enhancement programs, and tailored job competency training to help employees grow into global leaders in various fields of the bio industry. The company is also establishing a flexible educational culture by providing dedicated learning spaces where employees can voluntarily enhance their personal competencies using their work hours.
