Samsung Bioepis announced on the 27th that it has been selected as a '2025 Excellent Labor-Management Culture Corporation' by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. This is a certification system awarded to corporations that exemplary practice cooperative labor-management relationships.
Samsung Bioepis received the certification for its efforts in providing various communication channels through the operation of labor-management councils, supporting employee growth, and enhancing welfare. The company has been promoting labor-management cooperative management activities, including strengthening job training, operating a center for musculoskeletal disorder treatments, and newly opening an in-house medical clinic.
Kang Dae-sung, executive director of the people team at Samsung Bioepis, said, "This certification is the result of our continuous efforts to establish and solidify a culture of cooperative labor-management." He added, "We will continue to strengthen a communication culture based on mutual respect and consideration."
Samsung Bioepis has been working to build a corporate culture to enhance employee satisfaction, having received certifications as a health-friendly excellent corporation from the Ministry of Health and Welfare last December and as an excellent corporation for gender employment equality in May this year.
