On the 26th, dental health tech company Minish Technology announced that it has absorbed and merged with MD Innovation, which operates the first-generation network dental group Moa Dental Group in Korea.
MD Innovation has been operating the Moa Dental Group, which includes 36 hospitals and clinics nationwide with over 80 dentists, since its establishment in 1996. The company noted that the Moa Dental brand will be maintained even after the merger.
Founded in 2021, Minish Technology's key product, Minish (MINISH), is a biomimetic dental restoration solution that minimizes tooth removal while restoring the form and function of decayed or broken teeth.
It has been supplied to 75 locations, including 43 in Korea, 29 in Japan, 1 in the United States, 1 in Canada, and 1 in Vietnam, and with this merger, the Moa Dental network has expanded by adding 36 locations to a total of 111.
An company official said, "All nationwide Moa Dental clinics will receive customer management system (CRM) and IT solutions, marketing support, and more from Minish Technology, and anti-aging and restoration treatments utilizing Minish will become new growth engines."
