HUGEL officially launched its botulinum toxin 'Botulax' in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the center of the beauty industry in the Middle East, on the 13th.
The company held a successful Botulax launching event on the 9th (local time) at the Desert Rose Yacht in Dubai, UAE. Following Kuwait, this was the second event held in the Middle East and was designed to mark HUGEL's new leap in the region. About 180 dermatologists and plastic surgeons attended.
The event was attended by HUGEL Vice President Ji Seung-wook, Andre Daoud, CEO of Medica Group, and others.
HUGEL's strategy is to rapidly expand its brand presence throughout the Middle East by leveraging the extensive local distribution network and market expertise of its partner in the region, Medica Group, with competitive pricing.
A HUGEL official noted, "This event is a symbolic starting point for entering the Middle East market, including the United Arab Emirates, allowing us to see a strong interest and expectations." The official added, "As the Middle East is a key region where the demand for medical aesthetics is steadily increasing, we will solidify our market position quickly through differentiated product capabilities and localized marketing."
