HANDOK announced on the 11th that it has signed a joint promotion agreement for the marketing and sales activities of the cloud-based electronic medical records (EMR) solution, Doctor Palette, with Wevercare.
Through this agreement, HANDOK will conduct marketing and sales activities for Doctor Palette targeting primary medical institutions. Wevercare will be responsible for the maintenance and customer service (CS) of Doctor Palette.
Doctor Palette is a web-based cloud EMR, characterized by its minimal initial cost burden as it eliminates the need for separate tasks such as server setup, downloads, and updates. It helps optimize hospital operations and enhance patient services by integrating essential functions such as patient management, management statistics, customer relationship management (CRM), and scheduling. Users can access Doctor Palette to inquire about and create medical records regardless of location or device, thanks to its intuitive UI/UX.
Kim Mi-yeon, president of HANDOK, noted, 'I expect that through Doctor Palette, we can minimize unnecessary tasks for medical staff and systematize them to enhance the quality of patient services.' She added, 'HANDOK will continue to strengthen its position in the digital healthcare field and strive to provide innovative solutions.'
Go Woo-gyun, CEO of Wevercare, said, 'The collaboration with HANDOK will create an opportunity for Doctor Palette to establish itself as a leading platform in the domestic medical software market and to widely promote Wevercare's technological capabilities.'
Wevercare, established in 2017, changed its name from Mediblock to Wevercare last May. HANDOK joined as a corporate validator participating in the maintenance and management of the decentralized network of the blockchain platform Panacea in 2023.
