Coupang will offer discounts on more than 10,000 stationery and office supplies ahead of the new semester.
Coupang said on the 30th that it will run a stationery promotion, "Moonape (Stationery Art Festival)," through the 6th of next month. It is the largest event in Coupang's stationery category, held only twice a year.
More than 100 brands will take part in this event, including stationery brands such as Tukobi, Amos, and 3M (Scotch); writing instrument specialists such as LAMY and Javapen; and even instrument brands such as Samick Musical Instrument and Kawai.
In the "first-come, ultra-low price" corner, different items are sold each day in limited quantities starting in the 1,000-won range per item. Eligible products include Oxford Plus Pad A5 Yellow (50 sheets, 10 pads), Yale Mascot ruled notebook 8-piece set, Javapen 3 Gel erasable ballpoint pen 4-piece set, and Morning Glory Bium eraser vacuum.
The "deskterior (desk + interior)" lineup, meaning decorating a desk, was also expanded. Franco file holder (2 pieces), Heemang Office Point Natural Clear File (20 pockets, 2 pieces), and WIDNA PP weekly planner 2-piece set were offered at discounted prices.
Large instruments such as digital pianos are also included in the discounts. The Samick Musical Instrument First One Plus New digital piano is sold in the 730,000-won range, and a Roland digital piano in the 2.2 million-won range. The "Rocket Installation" service, which provides delivery and installation at no additional expense, applies to purchases.
For 17 brands including Morning Glory and Sanrio Characters, buying two or more items gets up to an additional 7% off. The company said stacking card company discounts during the event period can bring the total savings to as much as 15%.
