Paris Baguette hikes prices on 127 items by average 5% in South Korea

Paris Baguette said on the 14th that it will raise prices on some products in stages starting on the 25th.

Items subject to the increase include 86 types of bread and 41 types of cakes and desserts, with an average hike of 5%. This is the first price increase in a year and six months since Feb. last year.

Among key items, Sangmijong whole wheat bread will rise 5.1% to 4,100 won from 3,900 won, and castella will rise 4.2% to 2,500 won from 2,400 won. My Number One cake will increase 2.9% to 36,000 won from 35,000 won.

A Paris Baguette official said, "We inevitably adjusted prices due to higher raw material costs and various related expenses."
