Nongshim(004370) said on the 15th that as the fourth collaboration of its gourmet project using ramen, "2026 Nongshim Myeonga," it will unveil a special Shin Ramyun rosé menu with the American dining spot "Samsamsam (SAM SAM SAM)" in Yongsan District, Seoul.
"Samsamsam" is run by owner-chef Kim Hun, who worked at a Michelin three-star restaurant. Chef Kim drew attention on Netflix's cooking survival show "Culinary Class Wars Season 2" by presenting a lasagna menu.
"Rosé lasagna with Shin Ramyun rosé" is a dish that reinterprets Samsamsam's signature lasagna using Shin Ramyun rosé. It uses a "K-rosé" soup that adds Korea's gochujang to a tomato and cream base.
"Rosé lasagna with Shin Ramyun rosé" will be sold exclusively as a limited offering at Samsamsam's Yongsan flagship for about a month from today through on the 13th of next month. Nongshim is also holding an event to give one pack of "Shin Ramyun rosé" to customers who order the special menu to mark this collaboration.
A Nongshim official said, "Chef Kim Hun's lasagna know-how and the taste of Shin Ramyun rosé will come together to offer consumers a perfect gourmet experience," adding, "We will continue to showcase the endless transformations of Nongshim ramen through synergies with popular dining spots via the Nongshim Myeonga project."
Earlier, Nongshim also collaborated with the buckwheat cuisine specialty dining spot "Sobajeu" in Mapo District, Seoul, for the third "Nongshim Myeonga" project to offer "Baehongdong tomato makguksu" as a limited menu.
