CJ CheilJedang(097950) said on the 13th that it will take part in "IFT FIRST (Institute of Food Technologists FIRST) 2026," held for three days from the 13th local time at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois.
CJ CheilJedang will run a lab‑concept "TasteNrich Taste Lab (TasteNrich® Taste Lab)" experience booth at this exhibition.
"TasteNrich" is a next‑generation seasoning ingredient that brings together CJ CheilJedang's microbial fermentation R&D capabilities and advanced technology, and is generated during the fermentation of naturally derived materials such as sugarcane without artificial additives. CJ CheilJedang said it developed a differentiated natural fermentation process that excludes artificial steps such as refining or chemical treatment and succeeded in mass production. After about 10 years of research and development, it succeeded in mass production with a differentiated natural fermentation method and entered the seasoning ingredient market in May 2020.
CJ CheilJedang plans to accelerate the diversification of the TasteNrich brand portfolio with a focus on "customer‑tailored solutions," while rolling out country‑specific strategies to further strengthen its presence in the global market.
