Kim Boseong, head of Urisul Sanghoe, was appointed the new vice president of the Imperial Culture Foundation. The Imperial Culture Foundation is an organization founded by Chair Lee Seok, the last imperial descendant of the Korean Empire. It aims to preserve the history of the imperial household, succeed traditional culture, and expand imperial fine arts.
On the 25th, according to the Imperial Culture Foundation, the foundation appointed Kim Boseong, head of Urisul Sanghoe, who has contributed to the preservation and succession of Korea's traditional culture, as vice president of the foundation. Urisul Sanghoe is a traditional liquor specialized corporations with 20 years of history. It also operates its own brewery (Yeol-umul Brewery).
Kim has been working to popularize traditional liquor. A foundation official said, "Park's contributions to widely promoting and advancing the value of Korea's traditional liquor were highly regarded."
Kim said, "Going forward, I will do my best not only to preserve and carry on traditional culture, including our liquor, but also to promote Korea's proud imperial history and culture and arts to the world."
