Sajo Foodist, a food ingredient company under Sajo Group, said on the 10th it will collaborate with TF Networks and the nonprofit Duri. The aim is to strengthen cooperation in the silver care market.
According to Sajo Foodist, on the 8th it held a business agreement ceremony at its headquarters building. The agreement is a three-party memorandum of understanding (MOU) to activate services for TF Networks' newly launched senior care platform "Hyostory." Hyostory is a platform developed to respond to an aging society, offering communication and management-focused, daily life services that connect guardians with care services.
Under the agreement, the three companies plan to jointly conduct: ▲ joint sales targeting silver channels ▲ enhancement of Hyostory's external recognition ▲ joint planning and development of businesses linked to silver care ▲ Hyostory application (app) and proof-of-concept operations. In particular, they will focus resources on advancing platform functions, on-site application, and service expansion.
Sajo Foodist will support Hyostory's market entry and service expansion based on its food ingredient distribution infrastructure and expertise. TF Networks will improve platform functions and establish the foundation for service operations, while the nonprofit Duri will support stable service establishment through legal advisory and joint platform operation.
Park Sun-ho, CEO of Sajo Foodist, said, "We will provide differentiated services by linking with 'Care for You' and strengthen competitiveness in the senior market."
Meanwhile, Sajo Foodist posted 293.2 billion won in sales in the first quarter this year and returned to an operating profit. In Mar., it unveiled its own care food brand "Care for You."
