Lotte will conduct predictable rolling recruitment in June.
Predictable rolling recruitment is Lotte Group's new-hire system that unified affiliates' screening schedules to March, June, September and December each year, introduced in 2024. By regularizing previously ad hoc rolling recruitment, applicants can prepare to join in line with quarterly timelines.
Lotte said on the 1st that starting on the 2nd it will conduct rolling recruitment with 12 affiliates, including Lotte Mart and Super, Lotte Construction, Lotte World, Daehong Communications, and Lotte Himart. It will recruit for about 20 roles, including MD (merchandising), management support, and marketing, with total hiring in the triple digits.
Applications are available on the Lotte Group recruitment website. Applicants can also check details such as each affiliate's screening schedule and eligibility.
Lotte Mart and Super, Lotte Himart, and Korea Fujifilm will hire entry-level employees for MD and marketing roles through the "I'M (I'm Mania) screening," a recruitment method focused on practical capabilities.
The IM screening excludes quantitative specs such as GPA or language scores and uses practical execution capability and vision for the role as evaluation criteria. Unlike the general screening, it verifies substantive capability through a portfolio review that checks role-related experience and achievements, followed by an on-site audition.
Lotte will also hold the "2026 first-half Lotte Job Cafe" in line with the recruitment schedule. The event will be held on the 2nd in Seoul and on the 5th in Busan. The Lotte Job Cafe is a job fair that provides recruitment counseling and role information for job seekers.
At this Job Cafe, there will be special lectures on how to write self-introductions, aptitude assessments, and interviews, and all participants will receive a "Recruitment Archiving Book" containing items such as reviews of interviews for new hires at Lotte.
Recruiters and current employees from key affiliates, including Lotte Department Store, Lotte Fine Chemical, Lotte Construction, and Lotte Hotel, will participate to provide recruitment and role counseling.
