FGK Co., Ltd., which runs the Busan-based pizza brand Lee Jaemo Pizza, said on the 27th that it signed a product supply cooperation agreement with Ilmi Food Co., Ltd., a corporations specializing in fresh cucumber pickles.
Lee Jaemo Pizza is a pizza brand that grew based in Busan. It is known for thick cheese toppings and a menu focused on ingredients. It is said to have maintained a consistent price range and ingredient management approach for a long time.
Ilmi Food is a manufacturing corporations that produces cup-style fresh cucumber pickle products. It supplies pickle products to dining-out franchises and food companies. The company says it does not use ammonium aluminum sulfate, commonly known as alum, or Chinese high-fructose syrup and Chinese salt in its production process.
Through this agreement, Lee Jaemo Pizza will receive a stable supply of pickle products needed for store operations, and Ilmi Food will expand its supply chain for dining-out brands. The two companies said, "We pursued this supply cooperation because our quality-focused operating standards and product direction are aligned."
