Two Italian wines imported and distributed by PNS Wine Company won the grand prize at the 2026 Korea Wine & Spirits Awards.
The winners were "Piancanelli Moscato d'Asti" and "Signor Moro Pepe Nero Rosso," which each won the grand prize in the sparkling wine under 50,000 won category and the Old World red wine 30,000 won to under 60,000 won category.
According to PNS Wine Company on the 30th, Signor Moro Pepe Nero Rosso is a red wine blended from three varieties in Italy's Puglia region, characterized by a soft texture and balanced flavor. It is cited for offering a complex taste while remaining easy for beginners to enjoy.
Piancanelli Moscato d'Asti is a moscato made from grapes grown at elevations above 500 meters in the Asti area. It was vinified using hand-harvested grapes and is assessed to have floral aromas and lemon-accented acidity in harmony.
PNS Wine Company specializes in importing and distributing Italian wines and has steadily won honors at the Korea Wine & Spirits Awards since its founding in 2022. It won in three categories in 2023, nine categories in 2024, three categories in 2025, and two categories this year.
