Songdohyang Brewery's flagship product, "Oh My Gat Sparkling Spring Flower," won the grand prize in the our traditional liquor institutional sector at the 2026 Korea Wine & Spirits Awards.
On the 22nd, according to Songdohyang Brewery, Oh My Gat Sparkling Spring Flower is a traditional liquor created in collaboration with executive chef Joseph Lidgerwood of the two-Michelin-star restaurant Evett. The moment it is poured into a glass, a subtle and captivating spring flower aroma spreads. With carbonation added, it is refreshing and goes down crisply. The alcohol content is 9%. It is also seen as well-suited as a toast drink that can replace champagne at special dinners or celebrations.
Earlier, the product was selected as the top prize, "Best of 2025," in the Korean unrefined rice wine institutional sector at the 2025 Korea Wine & Spirits Awards.
Songdohyang Brewery is also widely known for the Samyangchoon brand. In addition to Oh My Gat Sparkling Spring Flower, it offers a diverse lineup including the Korean champagne "Samyangchoon Sparkling," "Samyangchoon Fresh Takju," "Samyangchoon Fresh Cheongju," "Fancy Sparkling," and the premium sweet potato soju "Mukri40."
Currently, "Oh My Gat Sparkling Spring Flower" is on sale in limited quantities for 28,000 won and is available through Songdohyang Brewery's official online store.
