The limited editions were planned so people can easily enjoy "barbecue," a go-to menu for camping and picnics, in everyday life. As recognition rose and even reservations became difficult, recipes for signature dishes from You's restaurant "You Yong-wook Barbecue Lab" were captured in Orion's flagship products Kkobuk Chip, Yegam and Swing Chip.
"Kkobuk Chip barbecue & chimichurri sauce flavor" is the first Kkobuk Chip product to include a squeeze-on sauce. The four-layer crispy texture is paired with smoky notes and the sweetness of maple syrup to bring out a rich barbecue flavor. Adding chimichurri, a traditional South American sauce, lets you taste both the smokiness of barbecue and the sauce's freshness at the same time.
"Dipping Yegam" comes in two varieties: chimichurri sauce flavor and smoky whole-grain sauce flavor. With real meat added and BBQ seasoning sprinkled on, it recreates the taste and color of actual barbecue. "Swing Chip barbecue galbi ramyeon flavor" captures the taste of the "galbi ramyeon" that caps the signature course at You's restaurant. The brand's distinctive V-cut ridges were engineered 1.6 times deeper than before so the savory taste of galbi ramyeon comes through more clearly.
