Hansot Dosirak said on the 19th it will hold artist Jeon I-su's solo exhibition, "We don't even have enough time to love," at the Hansot Artspace. The show is scheduled to run from the 24th to on the 30th of next month.
Artist Jeon I-su is a painter who became known through an appearance on SBS' "Genius Discovery Team" in 2017. This exhibition will present works that capture the artist's inner changes and reflection experienced while passing through adolescence. In particular, large-canvas works and a new essay will also be unveiled.
Hansot Dosirak said the exhibition also carries the meaning of ESG (environmental, social and governance) management. A representative example is applying drawings made jointly by Jeon I-su and children at the child welfare facility Eden iVille to lunchbox container designs. A portion of the revenue from lunchboxes sold in these containers will be donated.
On the 9th of next month, a workshop titled "Art Log: An emotions journal to write with our child," in collaboration with Gangnam District Jeongdaun Library, will also be held. A Hansot Dosirak official said, "We will continue to expand opportunities for local communities and customers to experience cultural value."
