Starbucks Korea (hereafter Starbucks) said on the 19th that it will hold "2026 Starbucks Day" from the 1st to the 3rd of next month. The event was scheduled to coincide with the three-game series between the SSG Landers and the Lotte Giants at the home stadium, Incheon SSG Landers Field.
To mark the event, Starbucks produced the "'26 Starbucks Day SSG Landers uniform." The off-white base is accented with Starbucks' brand color, deep green, and recycled polyester yarn was used to enhance eco-friendliness. It will be sold exclusively in the online store within the Starbucks application (app) starting at 7 a.m. on the 21st.
For baseball fans visiting the stadium during this period, Starbucks will set up branded zones throughout the venue, including the main entrance, the electronic display board, and the field, and will roll out events that allow fans to participate directly. Various programs have been prepared, including a drone certification photo/Starbucks home run zone event and quiz time.
In addition, iced brewed coffee will be provided once per person to the first 1,000 spectators who bring a reusable cup. Participants in the pitch speed measurement event will also receive giveaways such as tumblers and camping lunch sets.
Special first pitch and first hit ceremonies have also been arranged. Including the store manager of the Starbucks SSG Landers Field first-floor location, a partner and family from the Daejeon Hannam DT store to mark Family Month (May), participants in the university student scholarship initiative "Youth Talent Program," and Shin Jeong-won, head of the Green Umbrella social contribution cooperation division, are scheduled to take part in the first pitch and first hit.
