OTOKI said on the 13th it will launch six new Fresco Toscana pasta products.
Fresco Toscana is pasta made using the Italian traditional method, the bronze die.
OTOKI said it used only 100% durum wheat semolina grown in Italy's Tuscany region to bring out the roasted wheat's taste and aroma. It was produced by a local Italian company with about 160 years of history.
There are six products in total. It includes familiar shapes such as spaghetti and linguine, as well as pasta commonly enjoyed in Italy, including casarecce, rigatoni, penne, and fusilli.
An OTOKI official said, "Fresco Toscana is a product designed to make it easy to enjoy the deep local flavors at home, based on authentic Italian manufacturing methods and high-quality materials and supplies," adding, "We will continue to focus on product development so that consumers can enjoy more diverse and higher-level culinary experiences in their daily lives."
