Musinsa has opened its first offline select shop in the Gyeonggi region.
On the 10th, Musinsa opened "Musinsa Store AK Plaza Suwon" at AK Plaza Suwon. It is the first time in Gyeonggi Province that Musinsa is unveiling an offline select shop focused on tenant brands, "Musinsa Store," rather than a Musinsa Standard store.
The store was created at a scale of about 270 pyeong. Inside, it features category zones including the signature "Shoes Wall" of Musinsa's offline stores, as well as Musinsa Girls, Musinsa Young, and Musinsa Bag & Cap Club.
Through this opening, Musinsa plans to expand touchpoints with customers in southern Gyeonggi, including Suwon. In particular, it will strengthen synergy within the commercial district by offering a 10% cross-discount linked with the nearby Musinsa Standard Time Villas Suwon store.
Exclusive content to commemorate the opening has also been prepared. The 2023 SS collection created with brand Miseuki Seoul and IVE's Rei will be unveiled offline. In addition, from the 10th for two days, there will be a re-release promotion of popular sneakers such as the Asics Hypersync and the Nike Air Max 95, which sold out immediately after launch.
New brands such as Rettery, Bauf, and ERTR are curated and showcased, and some brands will offer additional discounts. Complimentary gifts by brand will be given to on-site purchasers.
On opening day, Musinsa will offer first-come, first-served discount coupons, and it plans to operate the venue as an experiential space that combines shopping and dining through a collaboration promotion with food and beverage (F&B) outlets inside AK Plaza.
