Bottle Bunker said on Apr. 9 that it will hold its signature liquor event, "Black Bunker Day," through the 22nd. Black Bunker Day, a flagship promotion held twice a year, will offer more than 2,000 types of liquor and related products at up to 50% off at three stores nationwide, including Jamsil, Seoul Station, and Sangmu.
From Apr. 9 to 15, the first week of the event, additional card discounts will be offered. L.Point members who pay with a Lotte Card or Shinhan Card will receive an instant discount of 30,000 won on purchases of 300,000 won or more, and 120,000 won on purchases of 1 million won or more.
Wine ranges widely from value options to premium. A representative value-for-money item is a New Zealand white wine set consisting of "Russian Jack Sauvignon Blanc (750ml)" and "Mud House Sauvignon Blanc (750ml)," sold at 37,900 won. The popular champagne "Dom Pérignon 2015 (750ml)" is offered at 329,000 won, and "Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve (750ml)" at 79,900 won.
Also, on the first day of the event, the 9th, Bottle Bunker will start with "Château Faugères 2019 (750ml)" and sell wines with steady demand at special daily prices, including "Masseto 2017 (750ml)," "Veuve Clicquot (750ml)," and "Joseph Phelps Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (750ml)."
High-end whisky will be sold by reservation. The lineup centers on rare items such as "The Last Drop Drew Mayville Signature Blend (750ml)," "The Macallan Red Collection 50 Years (700ml)," and "Highland Park 30 Years (700ml)."
Japanese whisky, single malt, and bourbon whisky will also be showcased. The event list includes enthusiast favorites and limited editions such as "Hibiki Harmony (700ml)," "Yamazaki 12 Years (700ml)," "The Glenturret 12 Years (700ml)," and "Russell Reserve Single Rickhouse (750ml)."
Discounts are also prepared for pairing foods and accessories that go well with liquor. Side dishes such as cheese, snacks, and chocolate come with buy-one-get-one or up to half-off deals, and a curated selection of 10 imported snack brands is sold on a buy-two-get-one basis. Well-known glasses such as Glencairn and Riedel are up to 30% off, and wine accessories such as Pulltex and Laguiole are available at 20% off.
