Dongwon F&B said on the 9th it is launching the "Dongwon Jeju Garlic" brand, which uses clean Jeju-grown garlic, and releasing three new products.
The three new "Dongwon Jeju Garlic" products are lean pork ham, Vienna sausages, and frankfurters. Dongwon F&B said they feature enhanced flavor by combining low-temperature-aged pork with 100% Jeju garlic.
"Dongwon Jeju Garlic" was planned based on the 30 years of meat processing expertise held by Dongwon F&B. Dongwon F&B entered the meat processing business in 1996 and owns brands such as Richam and Grilly.
To promote the launch of "Dongwon Jeju Garlic" and the release of the new products, Dongwon F&B held a promotion from the 28th to the 29th of last month at the Sono Calm Resort in Jeju. Participating as an official sponsor of "Sono Run Trip 180K in Jeju," Dongwon F&B served dishes using the three new Dongwon Jeju Garlic products via a food truck and the resort's buffet.
A Dongwon F&B official said, "We launched 'Dongwon Jeju Garlic' by joining hands with Jeju Nonghyup to combine Jeju's excellent agricultural products with our meat processing capabilities," adding, "We will continue to introduce a variety of products that can promote mutual growth with local farms."
