Harim said on the 8th that it launched three new "oven-roasted" products. The three are bone-in chicken pieces, boneless chicken, and wing-drumette combo.
Harim, launching the new oven-roasted series, explained, "Because it is cooked in an air fryer, which uses a heating method similar to the ovens used at franchise oven-chicken stores, you can experience the same taste as delivered chicken even when cooking at home."
The "Harim oven-roasted" series applies a "par-cooking method" that minimizes heat treatment during manufacturing.
The three "oven-roasted series" products are sold at online and offline retail stores and are also available on Harim's official online mall, Harimmall.
A Harim official said, "We introduced a new product using a par-cooking method so people can easily enjoy oven-roasted chicken dishes at home that are on par with dining out or delivery," adding, "We will continue striving to develop differentiated products that let customers experience the taste of dining out."
