BGF Retail, which operates the CU convenience store chain, said on the 5th that it conducted practical training to strengthen small and midsize partners' capabilities in safety and labor management.
According to BGF Retail, the partner-invited training to strengthen safety and labor management capabilities was held on the 30th at the 7th-floor auditorium of the BGF headquarters in Gangnam District, Seoul. Aimed at executives and employees from about 40 partners nationwide, the program was prepared to strengthen partners' response capabilities in labor and safety management and to support the creation of a safe working environment.
The training featured a lecture by Certified Public Labor Attorney Kim Seoyeon of Korea Labor Law Firm on the theme of "understanding and practical response to the Serious Accidents Punishment Act." Key topics included response measures applicable at business sites and methods for building a prevention-centered safety management system.

Meanwhile, as part of its win-win management, BGF Retail is operating training programs to strengthen the capabilities and performance of small and midsize partners.
