Lotte said on the 29th that it hosted the "2026 Lotte Sharing Happiness Companion Concert" on the 27th at Lotte Concert Hall, inviting employees of partner companies. Now in its fourth year, the event drew about 1,300 employees from roughly 340 partner companies, and employees from 12 affiliates, including Lotte Corporation, Lotte Department Store, Lotte GRS, and Lotte Construction, also attended.
The theme of the event was "Symphony of LOTTE," signifying that Lotte and its partner companies will continue co-prosperity in harmony. The performance was a crossover stage combining classical music, popular music, and popera.
Dito Orchestra and conductor Kim Gwang-hyun presented a classical performance, while violinist Danny Koo and singer Park Ki-young connected with the audience through familiar pieces such as film OSTs. Singer Yu Chae-hoon then took the stage to continue the crossover performance.
Before the main performance, Lotte and its partner companies also held a ceremony to reaffirm their commitment to co-prosperity. Lotte Corporation CEO Noh Jun-hyung, Shared Growth Institute Chair Chung Un-chan, Shared Growth Committee Chair Lee Dal-gon, and National Assembly Climate, Energy, Environment and Labor Committee floor leader Kim Joo-young went on stage with partner company representatives to share messages of co-prosperity.
Yoon Myung-hoon, CEO of InnoSecurity, who attended the event, said, "We find meaning in the fact that we are growing together with Lotte," and added, "We hope opportunities to interact with partner companies will continue."
A Lotte official said, "Partner companies are important collaborators in the group's growth," and added, "We will continue to strengthen communication and cooperation with partner companies."
