Lotte Property & Development said on the 26th that it will hold "2026 Spring in Jamsil" from the 27th to Apr. 12 to coincide with the cherry blossom season at Seokchon Lake in Jamsil. Spring in Jamsil is a festival that bathes the promenade stretching from Lotte World Tower to Seokchon Lake and the East Lake area of Seokchon Lake in the colors of spring.
Lotte Property & Development will create a Wave Pink Road by installing pink lighting on the cherry trees around the East Lake area of Seokchon Lake. This year, it will roughly double the lighting production zone compared with last year and, for the first time, present a cherry blossom light show at the top of every hour from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
At Werther Garden around the Goethe statue in front of Lotte World Tower, about 10,000 rapeseed flowers, along with tulips, daffodils, and some 20 other types of flowers and trees, will be arranged. It will be set up as a space where visitors can enjoy spring blossoms and take photos in the middle of the city.
At World Park in Lotte World Tower, an exhibition-type pop-up by the French high jewelry brand Van Cleef & Arpels will be held during the same period. As a global art project themed on the vitality of spring, it will showcase installation artworks by French artist Charlotte Gastaut, the brand's creative partner. Alongside this, hands-on outdoor classes such as making spring flower crowns and decorating flowerpots will also be offered every weekend.
