Dongsuh Foods is focusing on promoting the premium capsule coffee brand "Kanu Barista."
According to Dongsuh Foods on the 18th, in Nov. last year it newly introduced latte-only capsules, "Kanu Soft Harmony" and "Kanu Forte Ensemble." The two products are characterized by richer smooth and sweet flavors and aromas when enjoyed with milk.
Kanu Soft Harmony combines lightly roasted Ethiopian natural beans with milk to give a jasmine aroma. Kanu Forte Ensemble blends the heavy body of Colombian and Brazilian beans with Ethiopian natural beans for flavors of dark chocolate, brown sugar and caramel.
Kanu Barista capsule machines reflecting diverse preferences have also been developed. Leading examples include three types: "Kanu Barista Urban," which features soft-touch materials and design; "Kanu Barista Breeze," with a simple design; and "Kanu Barista Pebble," a minimal size machine usable even in tight spaces.
A Dongsuh Foods official said, "Kanu Barista is a product that lets domestic consumers enjoy a cafe-quality Americano with rich flavor that they prefer most," adding, "We will continue to introduce capsules and machines that suit consumers' diverse coffee preferences."
