Lotte Wellfood said on the 10th that its flagship sand brand "Lotsand (Lotte Sand)" will introduce "Lotsand Pasteur pure milk flavor," made with the premium milk "Pasteur."
Lotte Wellfood described the new product as a pure milk–flavored sand dessert designed to tap into the "pairing" gourmet trend of combining complementary tastes.
Lotsand Pasteur pure milk flavor is characterized by using Pasteur milk in both the cream and the biscuit.
At Pasteur's dessert cafe "Pasteur Milk Bar" by Lotte Wellfood, limited-time seasonal menu items using Lotsand will also be sold. Two menu items in total, including the "Milk Sand Shake" and "Sand Berry Yogurt" served with Lotsand Pasteur pure milk flavor, will be available for a limited time from the 14th to the 12th of next month.
To mark the launch of the new product, a purchase verification event will also be held.
A Lotte Wellfood official said, "This Lotsand Pasteur pure milk flavor is a soft yet sweet milk-flavored sand biscuit that pairs well with coffee or yogurt," adding, "We plan to continue introducing a diverse lineup in the dessert pairing trend."
