Paradise said on the 10th that it will rebrand the Grand Hyatt Incheon West Tower, which it acquired last year, and unveil it anew as Hyatt Regency Incheon Paradise City.
Hyatt Regency is regarded as a brand within the Hyatt portfolio that balances business and leisure demand. In particular, Hyatt Regency Incheon is expected to broadly accommodate various travel needs—including short stays, transit travelers, and business visitors—based on its location near Incheon International Airport. It is also expected to create synergy by linking with the Paradise City integrated resort, located a five-minute walk away.
Earlier, Paradise Sega Sammy acquired the Grand Hyatt Incheon West Tower, which had been owned by Hanjin Group affiliate Kal Hotel Network, for about 210 billion won. It began hotel operations and, at the same time, has carried out interior repairs and environmental improvement work.
Hyatt Regency Incheon has a total of 501 rooms, including 34 suites. It offers two pools—a main pool and a children's pool—as well as sauna and spa facilities, and it has 12 banquet halls and meeting spaces, enabling it to accommodate a wide range of guests from families to MICE and business clients.
The stay experience at Hyatt Regency Incheon naturally connects to the Paradise City integrated resort. The hotel is a five-minute walk from Paradise City, allowing guests to conveniently use the resort facilities. As a result, guests can more easily enjoy a variety of entertainment facilities such as Spa CIMER and the indoor theme park Wonderbox, as well as dining and cultural content.
With the opening of Hyatt Regency Incheon, Paradise City has secured a total of 1,270 rooms. The expanded room supply is expected to have a positive impact on attracting casino patrons.
