On the 6th, the Ministery of Food and Drug Safety said that it confirmed the omission of allergen labeling in the product manufactured by Aone Foods in Gimhae, South Gyeongsang, and distributed and sold by E-MART24, and that it has suspended sales and initiated a product recall.
The recalled product used "wheat," which requires allergen labeling, but the information was not indicated. The product is marked with expiration dates of Dec. 2, 2026, or Dec. 3, 2026.
The Ministery of Food and Drug Safety explained that Gimhae, the competent local government, took steps to swiftly recall the product. The agency said, "Consumers who purchased the product should stop consuming it and return it to the place of purchase."
