Lotte Wellfood said on the 27th that it won three awards in two categories at the digital communication awards ceremony "2025 &Award," held at COEX in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on the 26th.
&Award is a digital communication awards ceremony organized by the Korea Digital Business Association and sponsored by the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and others. Now in its 19th year, the ceremony recognizes works and corporations that contributed to the development of the digital media environment over the past year.
Lotte Wellfood received "Silver" awards in the F&B category and the video content category at this year's ceremony. In the F&B category, the confectionery official YouTube channel "Matggal Studio" and the frozen dessert brand event "2025 Seolreim Run" were recognized, and in the video content category, the flagship YouTube content for Gŏn-binggwa, "Snack Salesperson," received the award.
The YouTube channel "Matggal Studio" is built on the concept of a "confectionery variety studio" that delivers the appeal of Lotte Wellfood's various Gŏn-binggwa brands in a fresh way. Through strategic content leveraging Lotte Wellfood's brand intellectual property (IP), it communicates with Gen Z domestically and abroad.
Held in the summer, the "2025 Seolreim Run" drew attention by linking the brand's attributes with sports.
