CJ ENM's commerce division CJ OnStyle said on the 5th that last year's operating profit was 95.8 billion won. That was up 15.2% from a year earlier. Revenue for the same period was 1.518 trillion won, up 4.6% year over year.
CJ OnStyle said, "Expanding curation of high-involvement premium products such as fashion and living, and strengthening a fandom commerce strategy based on short-form content and influencer collaborations had an impact."
In particular, strengthening the competitiveness of mobile content IP such as Yoo In-na's "Get It Beauty," Pak Se-ri's "Big Sister BIG Seri," and Ki Eun-se's "Eunsé's discoveries" contributed to boosting revenue.
CJ OnStyle plans to continue strengthening competitiveness in high-involvement premium products this year while fully expanding short-form and influencer commerce.
A CJ OnStyle official said, "Starting with the launch of major content IP, we will expand short-form content and, based on that, work to enhance competitiveness across the mobile live commerce business."
