Wine importer Keumyang International said on the 3rd it will roll out Lunar New Year gift sets made up of No. 1 sellers from major wine regions around the world for the holiday.
According to Keumyang International that day, the sets feature carefully selected brands whose quality and popularity have been proven in the global market. First, it released a set composed of flagship products from Spain's Torres (TORRES). In particular, Sangre De Toro, the No. 1 domestic seller in Spain, is regarded as a "national wine" symbolizing Spain's passion and tradition. It carries the intuitive flavors of indigenous varieties and deep maturity, and its name means "blood of the bull." It comes in two types: Sangre De Toro Original and Sangre De Toro Reserva. A Torres Brandy set was also prepared. It consists of Torres 5 Años and Torres 10 Años, each paired with a dedicated glass.
A set of Molina (MOLINA), the flagship brand of San Pedro sold in 70 countries worldwide, was also released. Molina, which ranks No. 1 in sales in Chile, is composed of the Gran Reserva Privada Cabernet Sauvignon favored by Koreans and the Carmenere variety that reflects Chilean character.
A New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc set, which has recently gained popularity in Korea, was also introduced. Rapaura Springs (RAPAURA SPRINGS) from Marlborough, New Zealand, is a winery that continues to earn high scores from leading wine publications. The Rapaura Springs Reserve Sauvignon Blanc included in the set was selected by Wine Spectator in 2024 as one of the top 3 best value wines. The Lunar New Year set consists of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.
