The chairman said, "Interest in wellness is high, and you have properly observed a fragmented market. The (store) layout and target are well set, so the growth potential is high." He also personally purchased a variety of products at the store.
After the store visit, he held a "Moving Unit" event at the Olive Young headquarters with about 30 senior executives and members related to new businesses. Moving Unit is a small-meeting culture created to communicate with key affiliate organizations.
The chairman said, "After living long in good health comes living joyfully, and beyond a joyful life is living beautifully, and at the end of that is Olive Young."
He said, "Olive Young has been the most successful from the Only One perspective, and with the competitiveness it already has plus the K-wave boom, opportunities are limitless." He also said, "Territorial expansion, including globally, is the most important," and "Take the lead in growing the future of industries and corporations."
Olive Better is the site the chairman chose for his first on-site management of the new year. Within CJ Group, Olive Young, which is recording strong growth, plans to expand its business from health and beauty (H&B) to wellness with the launch of Olive Better.
