OTOKI said on the 28th that it released two new frozen cutlet products that can be easily cooked in an air fryer, "whole mozzarella cheese pork cutlet" and "tender whole chicken cutlet."
The new products are optimized for air fryer cooking to match the convenience-cooking trend. Following "juicy whole loin pork cutlet" and "juicy mini pork cutlet," the company expanded its frozen cutlet lineup.
OTOKI said both products strengthened competitiveness by using a high proportion of domestic raw meat.
The two new frozen cutlets are available through various online and offline distribution channels, including the company's online mall, "OTOKI Mall."
An OTOKI official said, "Consumer demand for air-fryer-only frozen cutlets that can be easily enjoyed at home is steadily increasing," and noted, "We plan to continue introducing frozen ready-to-cook products with strengthened quality and materials and supplies competitiveness."
