AI Foodtech corporations ControlM said on the 23rd that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with dining culture corporations Amoje Food. It is considered a first-generation dining corporations operating various food and beverage (F&B) brands such as Omuto Tomato, Hey Audrey, and Cafe Amoje.

Under this agreement, ControlM plans to build an AI operations environment dedicated to Amoje. By applying a brand-specialized large language model (LLM) trained on each brand's store operations manuals, recipes, and customer service guidelines to RestoGenie, it aims to streamline store operations and improve service quality.

In line with Amoje's characteristics of having many brands and stores, it will provide an integrated control dashboard that shows at a glance all business sites' sales, costs, and customer review analysis to support swift decision-making. It also plans to promote data-based operations automation. By analyzing in-store CCTV with AI, it will identify foot traffic and peak congestion times and optimize staffing. In addition, it plans to introduce a labor cost management function that automatically calculates payroll and the four major social insurances with just a work schedule entry.

The two companies plan to conduct a three-month technology verification at Omuto Tomato Gangnam, Amoje's flagship store, and Millions Incheon Airport T1. After that, they are reviewing introducing RestoGenie sequentially to all Amoje stores.
