Dining Brands Group Co. said on the 23rd that it promoted and appointed Executive Director Park Jae-hong to executive vice president through its 2026 regular executive personnel reshuffle.
Executive Vice President Park Jae-hong joined as chief financial officer (CFO) in June last year and has overseen management support, including human resources, planning, finance, and procurement. Park is credited with allocating resources efficiently amid an uncertain business environment and improving the company's operational efficiency and strategic execution.
Senior Associate Director Nam Dong-oh, who leads the Digital Strategy Office, was promoted to senior director. Nam was recognized for successfully launching the company's application last year and strengthening internal information protection and personal data security systems to obtain Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification.
Director General Choi Yong-cheol, head of bhc operations, was appointed to the board. Choi communicated with franchise owners in the field to resolve difficulties and strengthened sales execution. In particular, Choi contributed to bhc's nationwide franchise sales growing more than 20% year over year last year.
