Nongshim said on the 19th it will launch a new cup noodle product, "Rabboguri Big Bowl Noodles."
According to Nongshim on the day, Rabboguri Big Bowl Noodles, set to launch on the 26th, combine tteokbokki ramen with the spicy, refreshing seafood flavor of Neoguri ramen.
Neoguri has been loved as a key ingredient in modisumer recipes in which consumers create various cooking methods to suit their tastes, such as "Chapaguri" (Chapagetti+Neoguri) and "Kaguri" (curry+Neoguri). Nongshim plans to showcase another appeal of Neoguri with Rabboguri Big Bowl Noodles, which pair Neoguri with the national snack tteokbokki ramen, to carry on this consumption trend.
The sauce of Rabboguri Big Bowl Noodles features a traditional tteokbokki ramen base using red pepper powder, gochujang, and soy sauce, enriched with Neoguri's signature seafood notes to boost umami. It adds Neoguri brand's trademark thick noodles and Neoguri character fish cakes, along with newly introduced kelp-shaped fish cakes and seaweed toppings.
A Nongshim official said, "Rabboguri Big Bowl Noodles reinterpret Nongshim's flagship ramen Neoguri and the representative K-food tteokbokki ramen," adding, "We hope people can conveniently enjoy a different take on tteokbokki ramen completed with Neoguri."
