CJ Freshway said on the 16th that through the small and midsize dining client PR program "Delicious Companion," it supported publicity for 50 small and midsize dining clients and 3,300 franchise locations over three years.
Delicious Companion is a program that supports the production and placement of promotional content for food material clients that need external publicity, planned to help business growth by highlighting clients' competitiveness and the value of their corporations.
The program operates by leveraging CJ Freshway's media relations capabilities to plan content that brings out the strengths of franchise clients and to place it through news coverage and social media content.
The content includes business competitiveness such as brand stories or founding backgrounds, signature menus, and special features of franchise systems, while also introducing synergy factors achieved through collaboration with CJ Freshway.
Last year, it expanded the scope of operations by broadening participation to include major dining franchise corporations such as ▲GAMSUNG COFFEE ▲Myeon Sikdang ▲Seokam Saeng Sogeum Gui ▲Slow Cali ▲Pyeonbaek Hoegwan, as well as region-based small business sites.
The program's results are also evident in the numbers. The re-contracting rate of participating clients was tallied at 90%. According to a satisfaction survey, satisfaction with program outputs reached 100% (share of very satisfied or satisfied responses), and in the re-participation intention survey, all respondents expressed a positive intention.
CJ Freshway plans to increase the number of participating clients from 16 last year to 22 this year. It also plans to advance the program into one that supports client business success by diversifying content formats and distribution channels to match the growth stage and needs of dining brands.
A CJ Freshway official said, "Delicious Companion is a program planned to support clients' media publicity in the early stage of franchise businesses with low brand recognition to help business growth," adding, "We will continue to expand the co-prosperity ecosystem through various activities that help client success."
