Daesang said on the 14th that Jongga, its kimchi brand, will release a limited-season new product, "Bomdong Geotjeori," made with in-season bomdong cabbage.
The new "Bomdong Geotjeori" is tossed in Jongga's proprietary seasoning with in-season bomdong cabbage. Daesang said, "If you eat it right away, you can taste the naturally fresh, mildly sweet and nutty flavor of bomdong as it is, and after slight fermentation, you can also enjoy a cool umami taste."
For the main ingredient bomdong and all other ingredients such as red pepper powder and garlic, only 100% Korean agricultural products were carefully selected, and it is packaged in a PET-type container for easier storage.
"Bomdong Geotjeori" is sold on the Jongga Naver Brand Store, Baemin B Mart, Gmarket and more, and it will gradually become available on various online channels.
A Daesang official said, "We will continue to present limited-season specialty kimchi made with in-season ingredients based on Jongga's differentiated know-how, offering consumers a variety of kimchi taste experiences."
