Domino's Pizza said on the 12th that it delivered pizzas through its Partycar to the winter music camp of the Clarinet Ensemble run by the nongovernmental organization (NGO) "Snails of Love" for people with hearing impairments.
Domino's Pizza's Partycar is a food truck equipped with full pizza-making facilities that was first introduced in Oct. 2008. Domino's Pizza plans to continue its pizza-sharing activities this year by sending the Partycar to firefighters, police officers, soldiers, and places engaged in social activities or in need of help.
Snails of Love provides cochlear implant surgeries and external device support, language rehabilitation therapy, and public awareness programs for people with hearing impairments. The Snails of Love Clarinet Ensemble is a youth performance group founded in 2003 that aims to broaden social participation experiences for young people with hearing impairments who use cochlear implants or hearing aids through instrumental performance.
