Harim said on the 9th it released a new product, the "direct-fire spicy galbi-flavored hot bar." Building on the popularity of the earlier "direct-fire galbi-flavored hot bar," the company introduced a new version with a spicy taste.
The direct-fire spicy galbi-flavored hot bar grills domestic chicken and pork over direct heat to heighten the meat's natural umami and deliver a rich charcoal aroma. With a special seasoning that is not too hot, the product aims to offer a tasty kick without being overly spicy.
In March last year, Harim released the "direct-fire galbi-flavored hot bar." Thanks to its charcoal aroma, abundant juices, and tender texture, about 4.2 million units were sold over nine months.
A Harim official said, "Buoyed by the strong support for the direct-fire galbi-flavored hot bar, we have newly launched the direct-fire spicy galbi-flavored hot bar," adding, "We plan to continue introducing products that anyone, young or old, can easily buy through nearby retail channels and enjoy conveniently."
