SPC Samlip said on the 8th that Samlip Hotteok has released two new products using sweet red bean cream and streusel topping.
SPC Samlip said it planned the new products to reflect the tastes of Millennials and Gen Z, who want to experience familiar products in new ways.
The new products add cream or toppings on a base of honey filling made with domestic honey. The lineup includes two items: "Sweet Red Bean Cream Honey Hotteok," which adds sweet red bean cream between the honey filling, and "Streusel Honey Hotteok," which tops the honey hotteok with peanut streusel. The products are available at hypermarkets, convenience stores and online channels.
An SPC Samlip official said, "We planned the products so consumers can enjoy Samlip Hotteok with more diverse flavors and textures. We will continue to introduce various new hotteok products that reflect consumer preferences and trends."
