Orion said on the 6th that it expanded the production line for Market O Nature Oh! Granola and began increasing supply.
Orion explained the reason for the supply expansion, saying that as interest in healthy eating habits grows, demand for Oh! Granola has increased, even leading to shortages of some products, making it necessary to secure stable volumes.
According to Orion, the brand's total 2025 sales for Oh! Granola grew about 30% from a year earlier. Oh! Granola Low-Sugar Whole Barley gained popularity by keeping sugar content low while maintaining taste, surpassing cumulative sales of 1 million bags.
To respond stably to rising demand, Orion added an Oh! Granola production line at its Iksan plant. With this expansion, production capacity roughly doubled from before, and the introduction of new ovens and other state-of-the-art equipment made it possible to produce a wider variety of granola products.
Orion plans to accelerate its push into the ready-to-eat market by expanding supply with a focus on the most popular Oh! Granola Low-Sugar Whole Barley, while broadening its granola lineup, including low-sugar offerings.
Since launching Market O Nature Oh! Granola in July 2018, Orion has been selling a total of 10 products in Korea. Overseas, it is promoting K-granola through major distribution channels such as Costco and RT-Mart, including the Chinese premium supermarket OLE.
An Orion official said, "Tied to the recent consumer trend of prioritizing health, Oh! Granola has become so popular that supply cannot keep up with demand," adding, "We have expanded the production line so more consumers can enjoy Oh! Granola, and we will continue to roll out a variety of products."
