The hiring aims to strengthen staff to kick off a multi-channel strategy in 4050 lifestyle commerce, recruiting key talent to reshape the commerce market under the hiring concept "MARKET RESET."
Hiring will be conducted for experienced positions across all roles for about 50 people. The tech organization will focus on recruiting talent such as ▲ server/frontend engineers ▲ Machine Learning engineers ▲ data analytics engineers, while the business organization will select for key roles including ▲ commerce strategy ▲ business development ▲ marketing ▲ HR. Employees joining through this large-scale hiring will receive stock options worth up to 200 million won.
Applications are open until Jan. 18. Anyone with at least one year of experience or equivalent on-the-job capability can apply. Applications are accepted through the official Rapport Labs hiring page. The process consists of a document screening, first-round role interview, second-round culture interview, and compensation discussion. For some roles, a take-home assignment may be added.
